Breakfast Idea #2: Cheesy Scrambles

Prepare an easy and delicious breakfast for yourself within the blink of an eye! Here is one of the quickest, easiest, and yummiest scrambled egg recipe out there, it is super delicious and hardly takes five minutes!
Prep Time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
What you will need:

  • 1/3-1/2 cup of your favorite blend of shredded cheeses
  • 2 regular sized eggs
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
The first thing you always want to do is set out your ingredients. Crack your eggs into the bowl and whisk them until they are a foamy substance and the yolks are well-mixed with the egg whites. Next, add your cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk them together.
Heat your butter over a non-stick pan on medium, spreading it around the surface of the pan. Pour in your mixture and raise the heat a bit higher. When the edges feel solid and less liquidy, they will bubble white around the edges. This will indicate that they are ready to be scrambled. Continue to flip around the pieces of the soft eggs until they are fluffy, well-cooked, and the cheese is oozing.
Once they are almost at a golden-yellow, lower the heat to low while you double-check that nothing is undercooked, and if it's okay, turn off your stove.
Slide the eggs off of the pan and into a plate, top it off with some extra cheese and serve it with some fresh salsa and sour cream.
Your fluffy cheesy scrambles are ready to consume! Nom nom!
