P A R F A I T

During the weeks I want to start my day by treating myself to a nice breakfast, since sleeping in is out of the question. However, there are some days *actually many days* when I wake up later than I should, which leads to missing breakfast and running straight to my car :( This is the part where mason jars come into the picture and save lives! Just scoop some plain yogurt into a mason jar and fill it up half way. Add some honey to sweeten it, and sprinkle a handful of your favorite granola. Throw in some berries on top and you're good to go! It's amazing how easy it is to make when you have the right ingredients, you can get this done in 5 minutes max!
